Refund Policy
1. Our Commitment to You
At Prime Streaming, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If you encounter a technical issue caused by us and we are unable to fix it within 7 business days, you are eligible for a full or partial refund
2. When Refunds Are Granted
Refunds may be issued if:
- The service does not work due to a technical fault on our side (server, streaming link, etc.).
- You provide correct information (device type, MAC address, etc.) and cannot use the service — and our support fails to restore functionality within 7 days.
3. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Eligible
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The issue stems from your internet connection, device, app settings, or external factors beyond our control.
- You violated our terms (e.g. sharing the account, unauthorized reseller use) and your subscription was suspended.
- You change your mind after subscription or simply decide you no longer need the service.
- You provided incorrect information at purchase (wrong MAC, device type, etc.), especially for MAC-based subscriptions.
- You already used part of the subscription. Full refund is only for unused periods
4. Partial Refunds & Used Subscriptions
If you used the service for some time before the issue, we offer a partial refund for the unused portion rather than a full refund
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us via the email or WhatsApp tied to your account.
- Provide your order/invoice number, MAC address (if applicable), and a clear description of the issue.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or activation.
- After approval, refund will be issued via the same payment method you used. Refund processing may take 21–30 days depending on your payment provider.
6. After Refund Conditions
- Once a refund is issued, the subscription is considered cancelled; you cannot reuse or re-activate the same account.
